Explanation of the findings

-                     Your temperature (your pulse rate) is within the normal range.

Explain the disease/the condition

-                     I will prescribe medication but first of all I want to talk to you about some lifestyle changes that you should make.

-                     I will prescribe antibiotics to clear up the infection.

-                     I will write ( give ) you a prescription for antibiotics and symptomatic drugs

Giving advice

-                     I recommend that you (take your tablets regularly, eat more nutritious food, quit smoking, etc).
